Hello, I'm Hannah and I run Health Wealth. I have been working in the fitness industry for eight years.
From the start of my career as a personal trainer, I never focused on 'before and after' photos or posted client transformations on my social media accounts. For me, I was always more interested in how people felt, rather than how they looked. Don't get me wrong, I have had great success with clients losing weight and going down dress sizes.. however, I have had even better success with clients feeling fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
I work with a variety of ages, fitness levels and ailments. If you want to improve both physical health and mental wellbeing, I want to work with you.
Over the years, a lot of clients would confide in me as a neutral person in their lives to offload any problems they were having outside of the gym; stress at work, poor sleep, troubled relationships.
I created Health Wealth, not only to improve people's physical health through exercise, but to also give support and guidance to their mental wellness. Together, we assess; sleep, nutrition, work stress, time management and relationships to achieve overall great health.
As a Mental Health and Exercise Coach (MHEC) I want clients to enjoy exercise, unlocking all of the benefits away from aesthetics.
Train with me at Pure Gym in Crewe, Cheshire.
We will workout using state of the art gym equipment. Each training session is 1 hour, suited to your schedule and tailored to your fitness goals.
If you are comfortable training at home or at the gym, but need more structure to your workouts, I can write tailored programs to suit your goals.
As well as personalised programs, you will get weekly check-ins from me.
If you live in the Sandbach or Crewe areas and want in-person training sessions at your home, I offer a mobile coaching service.
These sessions are 1 hour and are either strength/cardio focused or Pilates focused.
Whatever service you choose, you will have a free consultation for us to get to know each other, outline goals and discuss how sessions will run.
All services come with on-going support and guidance on nutrition, sleep, time management, work stress and relationships.
